Not having time for God is to waste time ... 🙈
Every day, I handwrite my 10 most important goals. When you compose yours, write them in present tense as though you’ve already achieved them and attach a date. For example, “I earn [this amount] per annum by Dec. 31, 2018.”

It’s easy to get squeezed into what others want you to do. You have to search your own heart, be willing to say no and be willing to disappoint some people—because you’re not going to please yourself if you’re not true to yourself.
Anyone who wants to continue learning daily must be intentional. They have to set aside time. They have to prioritize.
There’s no question that everything I am today is because I decided to grow every day of my life. We cannot go any further than our growth. In the 1970s, my friend Curt Kampmeier asked me what my personal growth plan was. I had none. He said to me, “Growth is not an automatic process.”... Continue Reading →
Do you know if you have something that renews your faith more than seeing someone doing a kindness to those who need it most? On the subway in New York, a man noticed a homeless man quivering in the cold and did not think twice, got up, walked over to the man who had just... Continue Reading →
Instead of asking for a bicycle, a new video game, or any other toy that many children his age asked for for a birthday, the boy Samuel Reis asked for boxes of milk to donate to an asylum in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul. Samuel and his classmates are attending a church meeting at... Continue Reading →
"Be brave enough to turn to someone and say, “Here, I made this. What do you think?” And if they don’t like it, that’s OK. We have to be able to open ourselves to the world and say, “This is my work. This is my opinion. This is something I care about.” Without hiding. Only... Continue Reading →
We do not know what God's plan is for us, but we know He has one. Our job is to pray, trust Him, and wait on His perfect timing.
Forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different. It's accepting the past for what it was and using this moment and this time to help yourself move forward.
Through faith we understand The things we cannot know - The hidden pattern God has planned And why each thread is so.
"But even with the inspiration of others, it's understandable that we sometimes think the world's problems are so big that we can do little to help. On our own, we cannot end wars or wipe out injustice, but the cumulative impact of thousands of small acts of goodness can be bigger than we imagine."

“I was 19 when I met my husband, Stuart. About 15 minutes into our first date he asked me what I wanted to do with my life- What was my dream career? Did I want kids? Where did I want to travel? I told him that I didn’t really know what I wanted to do-... Continue Reading →

Try the mirror exercise. Before you go to bed, stand in front of the mirror and look yourself in the eye and say, I want to appreciate and acknowledge you for the following things: (examples: you passed up cake for dessert, you got to work on time, etc.).
"Keep a victory box. It’s a place where you put letters, awards and pictures that make you feel good. Go there when you’re feeling down."
“The next time you might be tempted to make a judgmental look or comment, you no longer have the excuse that you didn’t know.” I know you have heard of autism. I know you may think you know what it means. I know you probably know of somebody who is on the spectrum or has... Continue Reading →
"There are times when you need to stop and go back to being a child. Life is too short to think only of problems"
Alain Laboile began by chance in the universe of photography, buying a machine for the need to register his sculptures. Over time, his gaze turned to his offspring: with six children, he set off on a journey of his family life, where the timelessness and universality of childhood meet. They are pieces of life that... No blaming. What defines us is not our past but the vision, discipline, resilience and heart we bring to this very day.

Do not delay difficult decisions or avoid new habits necessary to advance your life. What must be done should be done with haste, for life is precious.
Grant me the strength to focus this week, to be mindful and present, to serve with excellence, to be a force of love.
1. Get your breathing to go low and quiet. Nothing can be done well from a state of tension. 2. Look for tracks that lead to your purpose. When did you last feel deep joy, serenity and contentment in your body? That’s the track: joy in the body. How long ago was that? Then find... Continue Reading →
